About the Internship

Are you eager to learn about the different aspects in HR and Talent Acquisition and do you want to help shape a strong employee branding and experience for our Keyrusians? Then we are looking for you as our next HR intern!

• Help with onboarding by preparing welcome materials for new hires.

• Ensure all HR onboarding information is accurate and up to date.

• Manage training requests and book both internal and external trainings.

• Handle Cefora/Cevora subsidy requests for training sessions.

• Book travel and accommodation for training if needed.

• Support the HR team with social media content and internal communication.

• Share news, job posts, events, and newcomer announcements online.

• Update the Keyrus website regularly with new videos and pictures.

• Join and help organize HR events like trainings, team buildings, and job fairs.

• Assist with strategic HR projects and employee experience initiatives.

• Learn how to source candidates in tech and consulting, with coaching from our TA team.

• Use our tracking system, job boards, and creative tools to find great candidates.

• Work closely with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and manage expectations.

• Write clear, attractive job descriptions that reflect Keyrus values.

• Post job ads and manage all candidate responses.

• Take full ownership of one vacancy from posting to screening.

• Support the Talent Acquisition team on various recruiting projects.

• Get involved in HR or TA initiatives based on your personal interests.

Your Profile

• Currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, HR, psychology, or a related field at a Belgian school.

• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with a good command of English.

• Brings positive energy, enthusiasm, and enjoys interacting with people.

• Able to write clear, professional, and error-free content.

• Works independently in a structured and organized manner.

• Capable of processing large amounts of information and presenting it clearly.

• Eager to learn and stay current with HR and recruitment trends.

• Finds joy in creating strong, engaging messages for social media.

• Has an interest in technology and a curiosity to understand its impact.

• Believes that the right people at the right time are key to company success.
